Care instructions
If stickers are placed on a water bottle, please be sure to only hand-wash. The stickers are not dishwasher-safe and will lose their adhesion from the heat. All stickers are water-resistant!
Pins: There is a protective film placed on acrylic pins, so be sure to remove that before use! The pins will appear glossier once removed and will reveal a nice clean surface :) Please be aware that the pins can get scratched and this is not a manufacturing defect.
I still haven’t received my order and it has been a week since the shipped date. When can I expect my order to arrive?
There is no guarantee on the delivery date of your order as the default shipping method is stamped envelope, no tracking. If you still have not received your order after 3 weeks, please contact me and we can discuss other options!
Do you offer tracked shipping?
The default shipping method is stamped envelope, no tracking, unless specified by the buyer. You may upgrade your shipping options through the checkout page to include tacking.
For orders above $10, please consider selecting tracked shipping as I am not responsible for lost mail!
What does the grading mean?
For pins:
- A grade items are the closest to perfection!
- B grade items have minor flaws - small marks in the pin, minor chips.
- C grade items have more noticeable flaws - chips in the metal (I currently do not have any C grade items).
For stickers:
- A grade are the closest to perfection!
- B grade items have minor flaws, some mini stickers fell out or small marks on the sticker itself.
Please be aware that there will be minor faults (random edges, slightly uneven page) as all products are handmade. Having said this, please note that I will not sell anything to you that isn't close to perfection.
